Pilates Matwork is the foundation of Pilates education, the source that connects all the apparatus within the system. When you study with Boditree, we teach the precision of movement, breath, and rhythm, which when learned with diligence, promises transformation. First the student learns the work, then they learn how to teach others. This is the basis from which the best teachers are built: experientially. 2 private sessions with Boditree Founder & Owner, Risa Mathews are included in this course of study.
