5. Nov 7: Cadillac, Pedipole, Guillotine, Tower

6. Nov 14: Reformer, Cadillac

7. Nov 21: Pedipole, Foot Corrector, Toe Corrector, Reformer

8. Dec 5: Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, Ladder Barrel

9. Dec 12: Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac

10. Jan 9: Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Ladder Barrel

11. Jan 16: Arm Chair, Pedipole, Guillotine, Reformer, small props

3 private lessons with Boditree founder & owner Risa Mathews, are included in this course of study; private lessons must be completed during the program dates.

Offering in-studio and Online participation, all levels of fitness are welcome!
