2025/2026 Classical Pilates Teacher Training: Level 1
Apparatus Repertoire: led by Boditree founder & owner, Risa Mathews, MA
Saturdays: 2:30 - 6:00PM
Sundays: 12:00PM - 5:30PM
Train to become an authentic and traditional Pilates instructor, learning the full repertoire as the method was originally intended to be experienced. No modifications, name changes, or corruption of equipment, only the precise positioning, execution, and mastery, to ensure complete comprehension and skill. When you learn the work right, there is no need for retraining. Teaching Pilates is not about teaching anatomy, it is teaching a repertoire that has been tried and tested by the inventor, Joseph H. Pilates, and in turn, transforms students in under an hour.
