GYROKINESIS® is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opens energy pathways, stimulates the nervous system and increases range of motion. It creates functional strength through rhythmic flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method which coordinates movement, breath and mental focus. Exercises are done seated, lying down and standing.
Suitable for all levels. You will need a mat and either a stool or armless chair.
