Is Pilates suitable for older people?
• Yes! A Pilates workout can be adapted to suit your individual needs at any age (Joseph Pilates is 82 in the picture here!) . At Boditree Pilates and Healing we have many clients 55 and up! Pilates is gentle and much can be done from a sitting or lying position. Pilates is great for pre and post joint replacement, osteoporosis, neurological issues and any physical differences. I have an injury and I have not exercised for a while, can I do Pilates?
• Our Pilates programs are all custom designed after private one on one consultation with you. We learn about any limitations and your goals.
